Lead .NET Developer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Senior/Lead .NET Developer to join our Team to drive the processes and the expertise of others.

You’ll be a part of our team that works on a banking growth platform for US customer. The CRM application is intended for the B2B sector. Our job is to rewrite application modules into the new technologies with modern design and create totally new modules.

Our team consists of members: Business Systems Analyst, Technical Delivery Manager, Application Architect, Tech Leads, Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers (up to 20 people).

Requirements:

• .NET Framework (4.8+ & C# 7) in enterprise environment;
• Service-Oriented Architecture — WebAPI;
• MS SQL Server 2017+: design, stored procedures;
• ADO.NET;
• Asynchronous Programming;
• Object-oriented practices and principles (e.g. design patterns, SOLID, KISS, DRY);
• Experience in working within an agile software development team;
• Experience in working with VSTS/Git (will be a plus);
• Experience in designing reporting/dashboarding systems (will be a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Back-end development team;
• Distribute the BE work on the project by assigning tasks among BE Engineers in the team, managing the progress of all development activities against plan, etc.;
• Motivating team members and participating in evaluating their professional achievements and performance;
• Resolving conflicts among team members;
• Participating in groomings and estimation sessions;
• Plan and implement change requests;
• Take the responsibility for new release deployments;
• Take part in code review and refactoring;
• Working with the stakeholders, participating in meetings, providing the BE status updates(if needed), and troubleshooting;
• Collaborate with other team members (incl. Front-end Team lead, TDM, BSA, Architect, etc.);
