We are seeking a savvy Pitch Strategist to join our fast-paced Sales Enablement team in Kyiv.
This role needs someone who will help pitch-in, solve problems in unusual and innovative ways, and will be engaged in various startup-like activities. Enable the sales team to use content, assets, and materials that are externally facing to facilitate the sales cycle. If you are never satisfied with your first attempt, you keep exploring, testing and refining. And at the same time, you are in love with minimalistic structures and approaches.

You will be involved in our internal project ideation, mixed commercial offerings, and some boring cases for sure ;)
— Extensive experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or Product Owner or in a similar role;
— Hands-on experience in every aspect of how the visual presentations and commercial projects should be done and delivered;
— Strong presentation and communications skills (effective at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops, excellent listening ability);
— Experience with a variety of research techniques, understanding of how the best things work;
— A solid grasp of techniques & insights in a matter of execution of business offerings;
— Ability to scope and filter large data & information sources to apply to dedicated projects, tasks, etc.;
— Strong command of both spoken and written English;
— Excellent stakeholder management, with a collaborative work style.
— Ability to prove/evangelize best practices/own approaches in terms of projects & products taken for offering across the organisation, including senior stakeholders;
— Comfortable and confident in working with agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
— Research, analyze and transform data into meaningful insights.
— Assist with pitch, client-facing presentations, solution offering creation, proposal preparation.
— Engage in various startup-like activities; solve problems in unusual and innovative ways.
— Enable the sales team to use externally-facing content, assets, and materials, and maintain the sales cycle knowledge base.
— Explore and analyze industry/market trends.
— Prove/evangelize best practices/own approaches in terms of projects & products taken for offering across the organisation, including senior stakeholders.
— Work experience within an IT startup or an international IT company;
— Work experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development activities;
— Experience in mentoring and growing a team, demonstrating a strong collaborative spirit.
— Close familiarity with strategy creation frameworks and activities;
— Good command of MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, SalesNavigator;
— Additional foreign languages such as: German / French / Spanish / Chinese, etc.;
— Master’s degree in a related field.
