We are looking for a Strong Leading Marketing Manager not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe, who will help us build, expand and maintain our overall global marketing strategy and brand awareness in close cooperation with the senior brand marketing leader and our large inhouse design studio, You are an ally to our international sales department in all business development efforts. - 5+ years of successful and proven marketing experience within the international operating IT solutions / service / product industry;
- Direct management experience with demonstrated success in building, guiding and motivating a agile international operating (digital) marketing team;
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth and achieving business result;
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management;
- Superb analytical and creative skills;
- High (executional) level and strong proficiency in full-stack digital marketing and its tools for: SEO, SEM, SMM, eMail Marketing, Marketing automation;
- High (executional) level and strong proficiency in: CPC & PPC;
- High (executional) level and strong proficiency in: Google Suite / Analytics / Adwords;
- High (executional) level and strong proficiency in: Content / case-study development and production;
- Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business acumen;
- Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher (additional foreign languages are a bonus).
- Overall (digital) marketing and PR strategy: work closely with the Executive team and next to the Brand Manager to optimize our marketing efforts by driving company growth through advertising, SEO, SEM, and PPC & CPC campaigns;
- Website content and strategy: Providе ongoing content updates to corporate websites. Work with the Executive team and have ownership of website strategy, design, and planning;
- Social Media: Creation of a Social Media Plan and leverage company social media presence to provide relevant marketing updates, content distribution, and further brand awareness;
- Sales Enablement: Curate the creation of sales and marketing collaterals, as well as collaborate in business development processes by implementing lead nurturing strategies;
- Measure marketing ROI: Measure, inspect, and tweak marketing expenses to maximize ROI;
- Budget Management: Apply budgetary measuring tools and provide detailed marketing and budget data back to the internal organization;
- Inbound Demand/Lead Generation: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns that connect with buyers and drive demand for our services;
- Team Management: Build, Lead and Manage a team of marketing professionals and help develop the existing marketing infrastructure;
- Executional Leadership: You’re enabling your strong combination of strategy with real hands on experience and willingness to grow into a Global Marketing Leadership position over time.
