- 5+ years of international experience in Marketing within the IT service industry;
- Proven demonstrable success in developing a IT Service and/or product; brand, brand image and brand promise;
- Proven demonstrable success in development of brand strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, online and offline events and platforms;
- Proven budget-management skills and proficiency;
- Excellent storyteller and communicator who is able to transform the stories into unique brand content;
- High level and strong proficiency in full-stack digital marketing: SEM, SMM, eMail Marketing, Marketing automation, Digital PR, Influencer Marketing;
- High level and strong proficiency in developing and executing on- and off-line marketing and advertisement campaigns;
- Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher (additional foreign languages are a bonus);
- A result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization;
- Strong; research, negotiation skills, analytical mindset and creative approach;
- Motivated and driven with the ability to learn and think quickly.
- Have a leading visonairy role in building, developing and expanding our Trinetix service brand and our global and local brand exposure;
- Creation, development and implementation of; unique, scalable and messurable go-to-market branding strategies in close cooperation with the; sales (channel) leaders, and the board members for: Northern America / West — North — Southern Europe / CiS / Israel / Emerates;
- You will be responsible for Trinetix global service brand management and strategy implementation and execution.;
- Discover, develop and expand companies’ service departments USP’s and Customer Success Stories in close cooperation with the; service leaders (SME’s), sales (channel) leaders, and the trinetix board members.
- Support our external and internal sales channels with all-round marketing support, and unique storytelling content;
- Сreation, organization, and promotion relevant leading on- and off-line events that support our local and global brand presence and exposure;
- Сreation, organization, and promotion of round tables, and other business growth supporting events.;
- Develop, support, and extend our employer brand in close cooperation with the HRD;
- Carrying out continues market research in order to keep up to date with our customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends;
- Apply budgetary measuring tools and provide detailed marketing and budget data back to the internal organization;
- Collaborate closely with our large technical marketing team/marketing production studio of designers;
- Strong combination of strategy combined with a real hands on experience and willingness to grow into a Global Brand & PR Leadership position over time;
- Report to the Board.
