At least 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
Understanding of software development and design specialties and methodologies;
Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
Upper Intermediate level of English (written and oral);
Responsible, result-oriented, flexible, attentive to details, team player;
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.

Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
