• Design, configure, manage, and support JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence;
• Authorize and endorse best practices for the usage of JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence;
• Assist with user administration and management;
• Architect, design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports;
• Provide in-depth training to business users on JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence features and functions.
