About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Engineering Manager to support our engineering and project management teams in their daily operations. You will serve as a vital link between technical teams, clients, and internal processes, helping to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking across multiple projects.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage activities across engineering teams (DevOps, Cloud, Development).
- Maintain project schedules, track tasks, and update statuses in Jira/Confluence.
- Assist in sprint planning and monitor adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, create and distribute notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support onboarding of new engineers and their integration into projects.
- Identify potential risks, blockers, and delays in task delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (PM, Coordinator, or Delivery Assistant).
- Basic understanding of software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, structured mindset, and self-discipline.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (daily communication with clients).
