🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket and Opsgenie to support business needs.
• Design and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, screens, and custom fields.
• Develop and maintain automations using ScriptRunner and/or PowerScript.
• Configure and support advanced project management and reporting tools.
• Build and optimize dashboards and reports using JQL and marketplace apps.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira/Confluence solutions.
• Maintain system integrity and performance across environments, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Document configurations, scripts, and architectural decisions.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Bitbucket, Opsgenie).
• Expert-level understanding of Atlassian Products configurations.
• Proficient in using ScriptRunner or PowerScript for automation and customization.
• Experience with key marketplace apps:
  
  • Tempo Suite (Timesheets, Planner, Cost Tracker)
  • Xray or Zephyr Scale (Test Management)
  • Advanced Roadmaps (Plans)
  • JMWE
  • EazyBI
• Strong JQL and Jira reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile/ITSM environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Insight / Assets (CMDB), JEC, Rovo, Atlassian Forge.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration.
• Understanding of SSO, LDAP/Active Directory user management.
• Prior involvement in Atlassian system migrations or performance tuning.
