Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the DevOps and Cloud consultancy domain.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts across various sectors including Government, Fintech, E-commerce, Telecom, Logistics, and Media.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and our service offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, Cloud solutions, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • English — C1
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
