— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
— General understanding of technologies in the IT industry;
— Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle + level in the IT-sphere;
— Superior verbal and written communication skills;
— Strong research and analytical skills;
— Attention to details;
— Ability to meet deadlines;
— Intermediate level of English.
— Experience with outstaff.

— Source candidates within the Ukrainian and international markets by utilizing job boards, internal Recruitment database, IT professional platforms, tech events websites, and other resources;
— Build an initial contact with candidates (via email writing/first call);
— Closing vacancies at the Middle / Senior level;
— Maintaining a recruiting funnel;
— Conduct various analysis and researches (including market or salary data), related reports (Ukraine and other countries);
— Update status of each search and candidate in the appropriate recruitment system;
— Monthly reporting.
