This position means complete a team of engineers under your leadership.
No legacy code. Initial stages of development.

Participate in estimating and planning activities.
Provide the expected results in delivering the tasks.
Constant product improvement.
Lead backend development and architecture.

Project:
An online messaging platform for the needs of retailers and customers of durable goods. Is built upon a foundation of best practices as understood by management and retailers using their existing off-the-shelf solutions (Podium, Telecom, Comm100, Google Meet). Contains the desired features not currently solved by these solutions. Scalable and flexible to quickly adapt to future features and marketplace needs

Project team:
Node.js Engineers, 2 React Engineers, QA, BA, Project Manager

Project technologies:
React, Node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, NestJS, Firebase, Websockets, k8s, Terraform, Jenkins

Development stage:
Initial (requirements received from Customer), development from scratch

Work schedule:
The full-time work — 50% remote, 50% in Kyiv office (Pechersk, near BC Senator). Also we can discuss full remote schedule. Flexible workday (start from 8.00 to 11.00)

Interview stages:
Technical part (1 stage): tech skype-interview with СТО + TeamLead (online)
Final part (2 stage): interview with CEO + PM (online or inhouse)
