— 2+ years of recruitment in product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
— Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
— Strong experience in closing IT positions (Senior developers, TOP-level);
— Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
