Play.Works is currently looking for an experienced HR Assistant/Office Manager to join our growing team in Kiev.

Job responsibilities:
- Assist with on-going recruitment & HR projects;
- Assist with organization of corporate events and team-building activities;
- Keep up-to-date employee & other internal databases;
- Office management: managing vendor relationships, ordering of office supplies; paperwork;
- Assist with PE documentation & reporting
Job requirements:
- 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant/Office Manager/IT Recruiter assistant or other relevant human resources/administrative position;
- Excellent time management, multitasking & prioritization skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English, Ukrainian, Russian;
- Proficient MS Office & Google docs user;
- Strong communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
