We are looking for Accounting and Operations Manager to perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks who will become a part of our team. Our position requires strong attention to details and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Mastery of QuickBooks and recent experience using the tool.
  • Documented history of ethical behavior.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus

  • Experience working in global organizations with multiple geographic locations.
  • Fluency in Romanian, Polish, and/or Spanish is a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Running the company payroll process in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Managing all the AP/AR, client invoices and financial liabilities.
  • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Managing all income, expenses, and liabilities in QuickBooks.
  • Preparing and organizing company financial documentation, acceptance acts, and services specifications.
  • Providing support during onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Presenting data to managers and other entities.
  • Preparing company documents — NDAs, MSAs, SOWs.
  • Managing tax filing and other compliance procedures for all global locations.
  • Help with office administrative tasks
