We’re looking for a Business Analyst who loves making complex logic simple and clear. If you enjoy figuring out how systems work and turning that into requirements the team can trust — this role is for you🚀
💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:
- Collect and clarify business requirements, ensuring full understanding before they move into development;
- Translate business needs into clear functional & non-functional specs (flows, detailed logic, use cases, acceptance criteria);
- Create readable flow diagrams and process maps (UML, flowcharts, etc.) for end-to-end scenarios;
- Analyze how services/modules interact with each other and with the core platform, document intended behavior and contracts;
- Analyze API documentation of third-party services and define integration requirements;
- Identify dependencies, integration points, and potential risks early in the process;
- Work closely with Product/Project Managers and Developers, and with Payments, Anti-Fraud, Support, and Analytics teams to align on requirements and expected behavior;
- Maintain clear, structured documentation in Confluence and keep it updated throughout the feature lifecycle;
- Support the development team during implementation — answer questions, clarify logic, refine details;
- Validate implemented features to ensure they match requirements and system logic;
- Support backlog management and planning process;
- Contribute to improving requirement quality, communication flow, and documentation standards across the team.
👨🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar hybrid role in product-based companies or high-load environments;
- Ability to write clear, structured business requirements and turn them into detailed technical documentation;
- Skilled in describing end-to-end logic: flows, conditions, integrations, dependencies, state and data changes;
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs: reading endpoints, understanding payloads, identifying gaps;
- Experience creating functional & technical specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, system flows, non-functional requirements;
- Ability to model processes using UML or simple, readable flow diagrams;
- Understanding of SDLC and how features move through the product lifecycle;
- Strong analytical mindset — able to see the real logic behind features and keep it consistent;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to speak both “business” and “technical”;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
🧜♀️ WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
- Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
- Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects;
- Awareness of feature flags, staged rollouts, and rollback considerations from the requirements side.
🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE:
- Spontaneous weekend from the CEO;
- Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials;
- Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you;
- People Partner who will always support you in word and deed;
- Anniversary and performance bonuses;
- Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment;
- Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions;
- 20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days;
- Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs;
- English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want;
- No time tracking;
- We purchase CHARGING STATIONS for our spacers;
- We help Ukraine: every month the company supports AFU and transfers donations for ammunition and supplies.
If you read everything carefully and exclaimed: “Oh, yeah, I’m good at everything and I want to do cool things together!”, then we are already looking forward to your resume and portfolio!
Send them as soon as possible! 🚀
