— Perfect English
— Excellent communication skills
— 1+ years of experience as the Tech Writer of software documentation, or on similar positions
— Ability to deliver the high quality documentation with an attention to details
— Ability to grasp quickly the complex technical concepts and document them in text and graphics
— Excellent knowledge of different styles of writing, such as technical, creative, business and news

— IT or technical background
— Knowledge/experience in the financial domain

— Work with the project team and management to understand the project needs in the documentation
— Obtain the product understanding at the level enough to document it from the user perspective, and identify areas to be documented
— Create technical and project supporting documentation, ‘How to’ manuals and specifications, user guides for the internal product consumers
— Define documentation templates, and desired content structure, — re-organize the existing structure and maintain the order
— Organize the documentation storing and flow to ensure the project team knows where the information is stored, is able to find it quickly
— Perform proof reading of all documentation outcomes: review the documentation created by the project and marketing teams
— Update and maintain product localization
— Translate technical and marketing articles into English/Russian
