You should have hands-on experience (either implementation or extensive usage of them) with the following building blocks in FPGA:
— FIFO, Cyclic buffer
— FIR, IIR filters
— Polyphase Channelizer
— Polyphase Synthesizer
— Time synchronization by an external source
— High-speed parallel I/O

— Experience with C for MCUs and Linux is a huge plus but *not a requirement*.
