Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years in testing / Quality Assurance
• Deep knowledge of testing theory
• Methodologies for testing web and mobile applications
• Practical experience in applying various testing techniques
• Understanding of approaches to optimizing the development process aimed at improving the quality of the product
• Practical experience in requirements analysis
• Experience in effective interaction with PO / PM
• Implementation of testing participation at the stages of requirements formation
• Good understanding of modern SDLC, knowledge of the key stages of the life cycle of web products
• Evaluation of the terms of testing the functionality of the product
• Practical skills in prioritizing testing work
• Hands-on experience with test reporting
• Good knowledge of web technologies and basic experience of practical use in testing (HTML, XML, XPath, JSON, CSS; SQL, RDBMS; JavaScript Client-server architecture, HTTP;
  API (REST), basic skills of practical testing of services; VCS (GIT and/or SVN)

As a plus:

• Practical experience in building testing processes from scratch or active participation in similar activities
• Skills to find and implement the most optimal approaches to testing products, depending on their (products) specifics and / or development methodology
• Practical experience in implementing and configuring IT solutions to support the testing process (Test Management Systems)
• Knowledge of OOP
• Practical experience in using one of the programming languages: Node.js, Java, PHP, Python

In this role, you will deal with:

• Analysis of business requirements and definition of acceptance criteria
• Monitoring compliance with testing processes in the QA team
• Participation in the development of functional test cases, user stories, requirements
• Supervising the creation of test artifacts by the testing team
• Implementation of functional testing of projects
• Participation in the planning of work on the project
• Participation in release demonstrations
