Senior IT Recruiter / Opening office (вакансія неактивна)

— Fluent English (French speaking would be a plus)
— 3-5+ year of IT recruitment experience
— Proven track record of closing position (junior position, middle/senior & through platforms (rabota/upwork), and other channels)

— Experience in administrative work (contract & paying developers)
— Experience with representing companies at conferences

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
— Lead full cycle recruitment process
— Scheduling interviews, briefing сandidates before and after interviews
— Organization and participation in the interviews
— Maintenance of internal databases and building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
— Help with employer brand development and promotion
— Visit professional IT events and do some head hunting
