We expect you to have the following knowledge and experience:
at least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting
successful experience in filling vacancies for the development department from a junior up to a team lead position with a vast stack of technologies
experience in direct search and headhunting
English Upper Intermediate
Good understanding of the IT job market.
