The web development company headquartered in the USA, with a development team based in Ukraine, specializing in projects on WordPress and other CMS platforms, looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team remotely on a long-term basis, contributing to the development and ongoing support of our projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with web projects, especially WordPress and other CMS;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
• Experience communicating with foreign clients;
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Technical background;
• Experience with custom platforms built on PHP (Yii2, Laravel).

Responsibilities:

• Processing client requests via the Jira or Zendesk ticketing system and email;
• Estimating projects and tasks;
• Creating tasks and monitoring their progress;
• Proposing solutions to scale clients’ sites and ensuring client satisfaction;
• Managing developers;
• Communicating with internal production and design teams.
