We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to a high-profile entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist — someone who can manage personal matters with discretion, precision, and efficiency. This role requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position — it’s a lifestyle management role that demands exceptional flexibility, quick decision-making, and absolute confidentiality.

Location: Limassol
Employment type: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the personal calendar: workouts, medical appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Manage nutrition-related matters: liaising with the chef, placing meal orders, serving lunches at the office, and organising dinners at home, in the office, or at restaurants.
  • Handle personal errands: purchasing, picking up, or collecting items as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: booking flights and accommodation, planning itineraries, managing logistics, maintaining cross-time-zone communication with the principal, and occasionally accompanying trips (including family travel).
  • Provide support with visas, banking, and documentation (in English).
  • Organise events: from photo and video shoots to private or partner gatherings.
  • Collaborate with other assistants and maintain direct communication with the UHNW individual.
  • Prepare monthly reports and basic financial summaries (expenses, receipts, deposits).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
  • Preferred experience supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel with the entrepreneur.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of service culture.
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence in using calendar tools, travel platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
  • High level of confidentiality, loyalty, and reliability.

Hiring Process:

  • Interview with a Toogeza Recruiter and Head of Family Office — 60 minutes.
  • Interview with the Chief of Staff — 60 minutes.
  • Background check.
  • Final interview with the UHNW individual.
