Currently, we are looking for a Technical Writer for our MilitaryTech project.

Job Type: Full-time (3-4 months project duration)

Role overview: We are looking for a technical documentation and drone codification document specialist for a MilitaryTech project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit working design documentation for drones.
• Fill out tactical and technical characteristics documents.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for the codification of products in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other subject matter experts to gather accurate information and ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical content.
• Consult in the process of conducting tests.
• Lead the process of codification and documentation for drones (desired).
• Monitor the overall progress of projects; track risks, issues and opportunities and ensure quality & timely delivery of project activities (desired).
• Full participation in testing as a pilot, assistant (desired).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the unmanned systems industry.
• Experience in development of working design documentation and codification of drones.
• Knowledge of test programs and methods, acts and protocols of tests.
• Knowledge of the guidance on the flight operation of unmanned aircraft systems.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Native Ukrainian speaker located in Kyiv.
• Sense of punctuality.
• Experience in process planning and project planning (desired).
• Experience working as a drone pilot assistant (desired).
• Working experience in project management (desired).

• Final Interview with CEO & CTO — 60 min;
