About the project:
Our client is a family office of an international investment group of companies, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
As an HR Generalist responsible for setting up the HR function in the company (20+ FTE) from scratch, your job description would typically include the following responsibilities:
- Building and supporting all HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, performance management, and others.
- Setting up a HRIS and updating of the employees` data and people-related information in it
- Providing relevant information to the related parties as per requests
- Being responsible for HR administration and employee paperwork
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Support all internal and external HR and Office Operations related inquiries or requests
- Support with compensation and benefits processing
- Conducting 1-on-1s and exit interviews
- Taking part in processes improvement activities and HR operations projects
- Advisory for the line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working closely with management and team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Identification of training needs and conducting basic training for teams
- Greeting employees with birthdays and anniversaries (presents)
- Organizing corporate events
- Oversee the office manager in Cyprus office maintenance, purchasing all necessary stuff, booking travels and assistance with accommodation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the position of HR manager, HRBP, HR Generalist
- Experience with startups and/or setting up HR function from scratch will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Coaching skills will be a plus
- Flexibility and ability to work in the
- Fluent English
