About you

➤ Experience in CRM/ERP configuration or Network administration
➤ Understanding of REST
➤ Knowledge of XML/JSON
➤ English level — upper-intermediate+
As a plus:
➤ Basic knowledge of any modern programming language (Java\Python\PHP etc.)
➤ Configuration experience
➤ Understanding of network protocols HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP.
➤ Knowledge of virtual private networks (VPN), encryption principles, firewalls

Adventures for you

➤ Configure integrations between the company and customer systems
➤ Gathering requirements and technical details before integration configuration start
➤ Coordinate configuration launch with the customer
➤ Work close with customers as well as internal company departments to coordinate integrations
➤ Perform testing scenarios
➤ Participate in the analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the complex parts of the integration solution
➤ Participate in American client calls when needed
➤ Provide accurate time estimates for tasks
➤ Be an active member of the team, suggesting improvements of the processes to increase the quality of the integration and performance of the team
