➤ 3+ years experience in technical support
➤ Basic knowledge of any scripting language (preferably PHP)
➤ SQL Knowledge
➤ Linux console
➤ Ability to analyze and parse logs
➤ Hands-on experience working with APIs
➤ Understanding of infrastructure-related components
➤ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
➤ Upper-intermediate level of English

➤ Provide first and second line support to end-users on a wide range of topics
➤ Responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving tickets in a timely manner according to SLA
➤ Escalate issues as needed, providing clear, concise and actionable information
➤ Acquire a good understanding of the functional components of Tonic’s awesome software platform
➤ Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
➤ Collaboratively work with peers, account management, and internal and external stakeholders to drive resolutions
➤ Provide customized reports
➤ Perform data manipulations per request
