About you
➤ 1+ year experience with cloud-based software
➤ Experience in communication with English-speaking customers
➤ Strong analytical skills
➤ Ability to prioritize the tasks and work under time pressure
➤ Strong English writing and speaking skills
As a plus:
➤ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HTML
➤ Jira, Confluence
➤ Experience of working in Kanban methodology
Responibilities
➤ Understand workflow from American clients
➤ Build and configure surveys to meet client needs
➤ Configure other application elements to meet client needs
➤ Define testing scenarios
➤ Troubleshoot client questions
➤ Participate in American client calls
➤ Provide accurate time estimates for tasks
➤ Effectively collaborate with team members
