➤ 3+ years experience in leading position (Product Owner/Business Analyst, QA Lead or Tech Lead)
➤ Experience in Web, Mobile (Android, iOS) product development.
➤ Experience in creating process documentation, specifications and diagrams (UML, BPMN 2.0)
➤ Knowledge of software development process and lifecycle.
➤ Experience in working with foreign customers.
➤ Advanced English
➤ Excellent communication skills

➤ Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
➤ Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, InVision, Photoshop(or similar), Visio(or similar)

➤ Gathering requirements from main stakeholders (organisation of process of gathering requirements; always be in-touch with Sales Department, Product Manager to get new information for analysis; consider restrictions and apprise them for stakeholders )
➤ Managing a Development Team, who has to provide high quality product to the market, using Agile methodologies.
➤ Defining and analysing business outcome for each stakeholder request and apprise them before development.
➤ Preparing comprehensive specification of Stories and Epics for Development Team.
➤ Sketching and prototyping new features (with InVision)
➤ Explaining to Development Team all details of stories before/over development (organisation of explanation process — planning, grooming meetings etc.)
➤ Helping to make demo presentations of new functionalities.
➤ Making analysis of whole product and propose ways to improve it.
➤ Managing whole product backlog and sprint backlog in Jira. Make it clear and up-to-date.
