➤ 5+ years experience as Business Analyst/Project Manager.
➤ Experience in Web, Mobile (Android, iOS) product development.
➤ Experience in creating of process documentation, specifications and diagrams ( UML, BPMN 2.0)
➤ Knowledge of software development process and lifecycle.
➤ Experience in working with foreign customers.
➤ Advanced English
➤ Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Client.
➤ Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop(or similar), Visio(or similar)

➤ Gathering requirements from stakeholders (organisation of process of gathering requirements; always be in-touch with Sales Department, Product Owner to get new information for analysis; consider restrictions and apprise them for stakeholders )
➤ Managing the team which has to provide high quality product to the market.
➤ Defining and analysing business outcome for each stakeholder requests and apprise them before development.
➤ Preparing comprehensive description of Stories and Epics for development team and account managers.
➤ Sketching new feature (all functional part of feature should be depicted in the sketch)
➤ Prototyping of new feature (clickable version of mock-up or sketch)
➤ Explaining to developers/QA all details of stories before/over development (organisation of explanation process — planning, grooming meetings etc.)
➤ Making feedback after testing of stories which were specified by yourself.
➤ Helping to make demo presentation of new functionality.
➤ Making analysis of whole product and propose ways to improve it.
➤ Managing whole product backlog and sprint backlog in Jira. Make it clear and up-to-date.
