We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our dynamic team in the Igaming Industry. As an HR People Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s HR initiatives to drive effective people strategies. Your primary focus will be on providing HR guidance, support, and solutions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of HR activity within a company
  • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Foster employee engagement and a positive work environment
  • Provide coaching on employee development and career planning.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records, keep existing systems and databases updated at all times
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Organize internal arrangements such as cross teams experience exchanges, training sessions, team-building events, etc
  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements, whilst keeping track of all processes including reporting, describing, and communicating the subject matter
  • Work with all company departments to cooperate with teammates in understanding and implementing procedures, policies, and tools
  • Be a change manager in processes of innovations and optimizations and a company culture ambassador at all stages

Your background:

  • Advanced english knowledge is must
  • 4+ years experience in an HR Manager role in the IT sector
  • Strong attention to details
  • Positive attitude, open and independent mindset
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of disciplines and processes within HR
  • An avid user of the latest technologies and a confident user of new digital communication and project management platforms
