We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Team.
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Good communication skills
- Experience with using CRM systems
- Experience with customer support
- Experience with task trackers
- Basic understanding of web product development
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience with REST API
- Technical education as a plus
- Ability to work both individually and within a team
- Problem solver and a very responsible person
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams for integrating our products with various groups and business partners
- Ensure smooth integration setup by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges until they are completed by 100%
- Proactively monitor integrations to ensure availability and address potential issues promptly
- Respond to support requests and inquiries in a timely manner across the platforms
- Follow up on daily basis after tasks and projects that are still open and awaiting to be solved
- Collaborate with the development team to improve our products and bring solution to our affiliate teams to maximize our products
