Operations Manager in TietoEVRY is accountable for securing contingency delivery & development processes and their support to TietoEVRY operations.
Also responsible for handling and proactively reacting upon existing and possible crisis factors to secure continuity of operations.
Key responsibility:
Proactively support team and unit in continuously updating and tracking Business continuity plans including people safety, operations continuation, legal procedures and preventive mitigation measures
Coordinate activities defined within BCP/Crisis management process
Crisis management and risk management
Coach/facilitate project teams; assist in solving problems and implementing solutions to improve operational performance.
Identify and lead efforts to leverage cross-site cooperation for improvement activities.
Act as a change agent who is dedicated to inspiring and foster positive change through their work.
Delivery management administration with tight support to project delivery plans and team setup
Key Skills:
Advanced knowledge of software development theories and practices
Advanced knowledge of DevOps/Agile methodologies
Advanced knowledge and experience working with Business continuity plans
People management/ coordination experience
Proactiveness and high level of communication skills
