Infopulse, Part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a ServiceNow Developer.
Areas of Responsibility
- Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, scripting, integration, and testing
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization
- Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, technical specifications and solution design for ServiceNow enhancement projects
Qualifications
- 1+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration
- Understanding ServiceNow development principles
- 3+ years of Web development
- Profound JavaScript (ES5, 6+) knowledge
- Experience with Angular 1.5 or 1.6
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL)
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, JSON, Jquery
- Understanding of RESTful API development
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Desire to take the initiative, and to move projects/ideas forward
- Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management, and customer
- ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or other will be an advantage.
