Infopulse, part of TietoEvry Create, is looking for a skilled Middle Data Engineer (Python) to join our growing team. Our customer is one of the Big Four firms, providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing software solutions and developing the back-end. You will collaborate closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create innovative solutions that align with business needs.

Areas of Responsibility:
— Develop and maintain Python-based applications.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
— Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
— Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to improve performance.
— Monitor and ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of ETL processes.

Qualifications:
— 2+ years of experience working with Python.
— Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
— Proficiency in working with SQL databases.
— Experience with PySpark (Scala or Python) for building scalable and efficient data pipelines.
— Understanding of version control tools like Git.
— Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
— Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Will be an advantage
— Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Glue.
