Please note that the position requires availability for business trips to the Client (Belgium, Brussels).

Areas of Responsibility

• Design and implement solutions to fulfill requirements described in User Stories
• Take an active participation in architectural and design discussions
• Peer Code Review using GitLab
• Be responsible for the quality of the solutions delivered and fix encountered defects on time
• Be an active member of the SCRUM delivery team focused on delivering the agreed Sprint Content
• Participate in analytical discussions with the team in Brussels to help in finding the best solution for a problem or feature
• As part of the team, perform version control activity review to ensure that code flow is up to the established standards and process

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a .Net Developer
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework and C#
• Ability to drive architectural discussion
• Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM principals
• Deep understanding of OOP principals
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL databases
• Strong knowledge of WCF Webservices and their hosting environment
• Working experience with such technologies as WPF, TPL, LINQ
• Understanding concepts of design patterns such as DI, MVC, MVVM
• Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework or NHibernate
• Experience with GIT or a similar versioning system

Will be an advantage

• Experience in .NET DevOps tools (Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)
• Experience in delivering .Net applications in Containers
