Want to do more than maintain automation tests? Join us to build a modern QA ecosystem from the ground up and shape the future of QA for an international product. What You’ll Do:

• Build and evolve a scalable QA Automation Framework from scratch (or lead a major rebuild).
• Define and implement the QA Automation strategy.
• Design and maintain API, UI, Integration, and Contract tests.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve release quality and automation coverage.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years as a QA Automation Lead, Automation Team Lead, or Head of QA.
• Strong experience with Python (Pytest) or TypeScript (Playwright).
• REST/SOAP API automation experience.
• Experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building or significantly redesigning automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Test Pyramid, Contract Testing, and modern automation practices.
• English level B2+.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Travel Tech, FinTech, or E-commerce.
• Payment integrations (Stripe, LiqPay, Fondy, etc.).
• GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport).
• Experience working with external auditors or security assessments.
