Requirements:
— Overall legal practice 2+ years, degree in Law;
— Upper-intermediate knowledge of English;
— Experience with corporate and labor law;
— Responsible person, fast learner, a keen eyes for detail;
— Driving with challenging tasks and and creatively to solve complex legal issues;
— Hard-working and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in cooperation with legal Ukrainian/foreign labor questions;
— Experience in legal support of legal entities in Ukraine and European countries;
— Experience in IT-outsource/IT-outstaff/Product company.
Responsibilities:
— Drafting and revising contracts, internal policies and other legal documents, update of template legal documents;
— Research and analysis of potential legal risks;
— Implementing legal compliance in various areas of business operations;
— Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of several projects;
— Regular monitoring of changes in the current legislation;
— Working closely with HR and accountant departments;
— Cooperation with CEO, headquarter and foreign services providers;
— Checking documents of contractors.
