Professional production-level Software/Data Engineering experience
Experience with building Java systems for scale and speed
Experience integrating 3rd party API’s with ensuring high availability and proper downtime handling
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and familiarity with Data Warehouse systems or other transactional data stores
Comfortable working in an agile environment and directly with product owners and end users
Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis

Experience with Spark, Hadoop or other Big Data technologies
Experience working with the online advertising industry
Engineering experience integrating with 3rd-party Ad services

Develop a platform that can integrate with multiple 3rd-party ad services (Facebook, Google, Pinterest etc)
Join a small team of data engineers to implement our ads optimization systems, including the data layer, business logic layer in SQL/Java, and build required ETL flows/data pipelines for the same
Work with Marketing/Engineering leadership teams to provide technical vision and long-term roadmap for the platform
Integrate with internal services for personalizing ads and landing page experience
Interview and help mentor engineers for the Ads Data Team
