“This is Software” is a boutique IT company focusing on innovative, client-oriented solutions. We’re growing and now looking for our first Project Manager to join the team. This role is about being part of a team. You will have a good opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the scope
• Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and providing a high level of transparency
• Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues that may arise
• Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Provide project status, reports and performance updates to stakeholders
• Work on in-house documentation and reports
• Optimisation of existing SDLC

Requirements

• English level C1
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ years in project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects with various timelines
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
• Understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies; experience managing short-term projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work standalone

Will be a plus:

• Understanding the technical side of the development process;
• PM courses;
• Product Management/BA courses;
• Generative AI experience (e.g., prompt writing course, application of ChatGPT or other AI tools in your routine or past job).
