Business Analyst

Hi guys! We are The WhyKingz, an IT company committed to growth and innovation. As we expand our team, we’re on the lookout for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst.

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (preferably SaaS, affiliate marketing, CRM platforms);
— Ability to decompose business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements;
— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
— Product-oriented mindset (focus on product logic, not just tasks);
— Ability to create detailed and structured tasks for design and development teams;
— Strong prioritization skills with the ability to assess timelines, dependencies, and risks;
— Ability to understand problems end-to-end and suggest practical solutions;
— Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills;
— Upper-Intermediate English.

Key responsibilities:
— Manage product features from concept to release;
— Gather, analyze, trace, and validate requirements;
— Write clear and detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
— Own the product backlog: planning, prioritization, refinement;
— Develop, own, and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, priorities, and delivery capacity;
— Define feature logic, edge cases, and system behavior;
— Work closely with developers and QA during implementation, providing necessary support;
— Validate delivered functionality and ensure it meets requirements;
— Identify inconsistencies, risks, and gaps in requirements;
— Communicate with stakeholders and align expectations.

Nice to have:
— Experience in affiliate marketing platforms or similar domains;
— Experience working on system migration or rebuilding legacy systems;
— Understanding of APIs and system integrations (request/response structure, endpoints, data exchange).
