What we expect from you:
—From 1 year of experience as a financial manager.
—Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
—Practical experience in financial management.
—Advanced proficiency in financial software and Google Sheets.
—Strong analytical skills.
—Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
—Experience in the digital field.

What are your key responsibilities?
Financial Expense Control:
— Analyze and monitor the company’s budget.
— Develop strategies to optimize expenses.
— Prepare financial reports on expenditures and provide cost-reduction recommendations.
— Manage and monitor financial tasks.
— Assign and oversee legal tasks and requests.
— Process incoming messages related to finances, invoices, and documentation; communicate and respond in work messengers.
— Prepare payment and auto-payment forecasts through task analytics.
— Review payment archives, identify errors, and correct them.
— Maintain and fill in the operational budget.
— Set tasks in Jira for IO processing with partners.
Reporting:
— Compile and present accurate financial reports to management.
— Ensure compliance with reporting standards and rules.
— Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for reporting.
Budget Management:
— Oversee the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads.
— Track deviations from the budget and provide analytical data to support decision-making.
