We are looking for an lawyer with experience in fintech and knowledge in payment

What we expect from you:

• Law school
• Well spoken English and legal writing that includes reading
• Experience and knowledge in payment processing services, payment gateway services, e-wallets and currency exchange services
• Experience and knowledge in fintech
• Knowledge and experience in compliance procedures — Sanction checks kyc procedures
• Advanced Excel/Word skills

Your tasks:

• Legal Support for Fintech Clients: Payment Services Providers, Payment Processing Companies, e-Wallets, Currency Exchange Companies and other related businesses.
• Legal Support includes case studies (legal background study of different jurisdictions), structuring of the deals, document drafting and reviewing, procedure drafting, setting up the structure (including registration of new companies) all over the world and other related activities.
