Middle/Senior Data Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a specialist who loves numbers, knows how to create reports from data, can find a causal relationship based on analysis and which no team can do without ))

What do you need:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product or Data Analyst
• Full proficiency in SQL;
• Knowledge of Python (or R);
• Proficiency in Tableau will be a plus;
• Experience in creating prediction models, segmentation;
• Solid knowledge of key product metrics, experience in building funnels and making recommendations based on them;
• Knowledge of statistics fundamentals and experimental design;
• Understanding of both statistics and regression methods;
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and measurements;
• Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks (user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis to improve product metrics, use-cases analysis, etc.);
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills;
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day;

The Role:

• Be familiar with the business and problems, talking to both business and data-savvy customers and giving them sparring on how their challenges are solved through data;
• Finding data patterns and dependencies between data and metrics;
• Providing analytical support to different product teams;
• Creating reports and analyzing product metrics (LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.);
• Research and conclude on results of A/B tests and provide insights for improvement;
• Operational monitoring of key metrics and determining the causes of deviations from the expected values;
• Finding insights for product development:
• Finding bottlenecks in the product and offering ideas for their improvement;
• Evaluation of implemented product initiatives;
• Data documentation and explaining data models, relations, and algorithms;
• Working with other team members for business suggestions and improvement.
