We invite you to join our friendly team in Riga.
We are looking for an inquisitive and ambitious perfectionist, open to new things and someone who strives to constantly improve the existing one, for the company’s IT projects, presented in different GEO markets of the world.

Experience with data in any field preferred. With the presence of expressive Soft Skills, they are ready to consider a candidate without experience.

Mandatory requirement is Japanese language proficiency at least Intermediate (N2).

Main tasks:
— Support and development of the project/s in a certain GEO market.
— Retention of existing and growth of new users.

Main functionality:
— Monitoring and analysis of the GEO market, drawing up a map of competitors.
— Tracking the marketing activities of competitors.
— Studying the mechanisms of return of users by competitors.
— Work on reducing Churn, increasing Retention, ARPPU, LTV, LT, MAU, DAU.
— Forming proposals for improving the company’s products based on GEO features.
— Preparation of reports.
