We invite a QA Controller of Call Center to join our team in the Riga/Kyiv office or remote!
In this role, you will:
- Overseeing the QA work of all departments.
- Collection and Analytics of staff error statistics and QA workload
- Control check of tickets of calls and chats for the correctness of the set KPIs
- Checking the use of information after training and upgrading the process
- Implementation support
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 2 years experience as a quality controller.
- Experience in working as a Team Lead, in employee training
- English — Advanced
Will be a plus:
- 3+ years of work in the field of quality with an operator;
- 1 year of management experience;
- great multifunctional experience;
- Strong communication skills — both written and oral;
- Ability to provide feedback to the head of departments;
