We invite a Data Scientist to join our team in the Riga office or remote!

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will set up the work of the department according to business needs with control over the result and broadcasting the result to the business

In this role, you will:

• Identify and define business needs and goals;
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and development team to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs;
• Interact with product managers on roadmap definition;
• Suggest improvements and appropriate solution options
• Track and report project progress
• Communicate the results of research to the product team

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience with different marketing attribution methodologies
• 2+ Analyst experience with Python (NumPy, pandas, scipy)
• Experience in matplotlib/plotly/etc
• Experience in SQL
• Experience with analytic visualization tools (e.g., Tableau / Power BI / Google DataStudio)
• Deep knowledge of statistics, probability theory, as well as practical experience in their application
• Mathematical mindset
• Experience as a manager
• English at an intermediate level
