The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.

Responsibilities:

• Management Reporting: Ensure timely preparation and submission of management reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Financial Balance: Monitor and manage the company’s balance sheet, assets, and liabilities.
• Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze financial results and provide forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability for the company.
• Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies and plans, and ensure their effective execution.
• Collaboration with Directors: Work closely with other executives and senior management to implement financial strategies and improve company performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, with international experience.
• Strong knowledge in management and financial reporting, accounting, and financial planning.
• Experience in managing cash flow and forecasting financials.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Ability to collaborate with other directors and senior management to implement strategic financial decisions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
