The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets;
- Experience in engineering, technology, AI or robotics is preferred;
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and ability to drive business growth;
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present technical information;
- Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and military units;
- FPV Piloting skills and practical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the sales process within the company;
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network with colleagues and industry professionals;
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations for product presentations;
- Lead negotiations, draft, and finalize contracts and agreements;
- Drive company sales growth by developing and implementing strategic proposals;
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, including resolving technical issues and offering expert consultations;
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
