The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. The company has offices in the US, EU and Ukraine and is on a mission to increase the defensive capabilities of the Free World. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics, and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles;
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social recruiting;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies;
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates;
• Promote our employer brand both online and offline;
• Maintain and update candidate databases via ATS system;
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with proven success;
• Expertise in sourcing tools, techniques, and market trends;
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Excel for reporting.
