The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. Its name is a reference to Isaac Asimov’s three laws of robotics, and the search for an enigmatic Fourth Law.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles;
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social recruiting;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies;
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates;
- Promote our employer brand both online and offline;
- Maintain and update candidate databases via ATS system;
- Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with proven success;
- Expertise in sourcing tools, techniques, and market trends;
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Excel for reporting.
