Talent Sourcer/Researcher

The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles;
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social recruiting;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies;
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates;
• Promote our employer brand both online and offline;
• Maintain and update candidate databases via ATS system;
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with proven success;
• Expertise in sourcing tools, techniques, and market trends;
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Excel for reporting.
