The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in managing communications with banks and tax authorities;
• Strong ability to oversee and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity;
• Competence in handling financial transactions, preparing payments, and ensuring compliance with tax reporting;
• Solid understanding of corporate and labor law, with experience in compliance and policy development;
• Experience with personnel accounting, including handling onboarding, terminations, vacation, and sick leave records;
• Ability to assist in the creation and implementation of financial, operational, and HR policies and procedures;
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial activities and providing insights for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain fixed asset records and manage payroll, covering salaries, advances, and vacation pay;
• Coordinate with banks, tax authorities, and the external accounting team to ensure compliance;
• Streamline operational processes to enhance company efficiency;
• Conduct financial transactions, prepare payments, and oversee tax reporting;
• Manage personnel records, including onboarding, terminations, and leave documentation;
• Maintain employee files, update documents, and support the development of HR policies;
• Participate in company policy development and analyze financial activities for potential improvements.
